Import schedules/rosters

This tab allows admins to import schedules and rosters directly from the OAS (Official Athletic Site). 

• Schedules and rosters do not need to be imported at the same time, so they can be done separately, if not all information for either has been added to the OAS.

  • To do this, deselect the ‘import roster players’ option near the top of the menu

• For rosters specifically, if a player already exists in Guest Management - 

  • They will be updated with the information provided.

  • They will be added to the selected schedule and roster.

  • Their password will be reset along with the new players.

  • If they have been previously archived, they will be unarchived.

  • When you’re ready to import the roster, the settings in the menu allow a default password and ticket totals, that way they’ll be assigned in bulk. Upon first login, users will be required to change their password to something more familiar to them.

• Schedule Default Lockout Days

  • Enter the number of days from the game's date and time to lockout requests. This takes the game's time into consideration when setting the default lockout date. For example, if 1 is specified in Default Lockout Days, and the game time is on 10/02 at 7pm, the lockout date will be set to 10/01 at 7pm.
