CMS Updates - 9/22/20

Below is a list of recent improvements and changes made to the Guest Management CMS - 

• Dashboard
  • Upon login to the admin side of the CMS, the dashboard now displays an overview of events in the system
  • The 'actions' icon in the far-right column displays a more in-depth view of the data for that specific event

• Schedule/Roster Management
  • User Management
    • Ability for admin to login as a user in order to create ticket requests on their behalf
  • Guest Management (Guest Approval Process)
    • Ability for admins to approve or deny guests before said guests can be added to a ticket request. Step-by-step information on this process can be found here. 

• System Management
  • Guest Relationships
    • Ability to add as many different guest relationship types as preferred (ex. - Aunt, Uncle, Cousin, Best Friend, Other Best Friend, etc.,)
  • Guest Watchlist
    • Ability to view or add guests to the watchlist, meaning those that should not be granted ticket requests/not allowed at games and/or events
  • Import Guest Watchlist
    • Ability to import a guest watchlist via Excel
    • A template has also been added here for admins to download and add information to, then import into the backend
  • Settings
    • Content
      • Ability to add department/school specific verbiage to the footer, wait list and guest list areas that users will see on the frontend when viewing their account
    • Contact Info
      • Ability to add sport-specific contact information (phone, name, email) for users to use if necessary
