Administrators
There are two levels of admin permissions in this platform -
Compliance Admin: access to entire backend, and ability to approve ticket requests in the compliance ticket requests tab
Compliance Reviewer: access to entire backend, and ability to only review (not approve) ticket requests in the compliance ticket requests tab. This is essentially an extra level of review before the ticket request has been approved.
