Orders are generated when a user of the site completes payment for an item. It is up to the seller to fulfill orders and ship items to the shipping address specified by the user. As orders are fulfilled, sellers should mark their status as fulfilled and optionally archive old orders.
When an auction selling format listing ends, assuming the reserve price is met, the item will be placed in the winning bidder’s shopping cart and they will be notified via email. An order will not be created until that person has checked out.
