The cumulative stats are based on the scheduled innings which is part of the game setup when stating a game. When one game is scheduled for 9 innings it will cause all of the stats to be based on 9 innings.
Just submit a support ticket and we can quickly check the cumulative stats file to pinpoint the game(s) that are scheduled for 9 innings.
We'll then let you know the specific games that need to be fixed and reuploaded to your site.
